Feel better every time you leave than when you arrived. Our goal is to make you fitter and stronger with each class, and have you walk out the door with a smile on your face. Our class is designed to be FUN!
We offer four classes per week, both in-person and online, so you can choose what fits best with your schedule.
No matter your age, fitness level, or ability, you're invited to our dance floor.
We teach three formats at Epping Dance Fitness: SHiNE Dance Fitness™, UPLIFT™, and a combo class of both.
SHiNE Dance Fitness brings original routines to life using hit music and choreography for all abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet and hip-hop, this workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress. Each class includes the perfect balance of high cardio and toning to ensure you receive a full-body workout with real results. SHiNE is a mood-lifting experience that leaves you feeling capable, confident and connected to a supported community.
UPLIFT is a full-body workout that combines traditional strength moves with iconic music and sprinkles in some booty-shaking fun to create a unique fitness experience resulting in increased muscular strength and endurance.
UPLIFT and SHiNE Dance Fitness share two very important promises: inclusivity and consistency. In addition, we promise to bring you choreography set to iconic music, engaging playlists, hype energy and measurable results.
Yoga mat, weights and mini resistance bands are optional but will help you get the most of our strength training. Please bring your own equipment. We suggest purchasing your weights from Big W or Kmart. We recommend starting with 2-3kg weights and gradually build up to heavier weights over time. You want our strength routines to feel very challenging, but still be able to complete each move safely. You can purchase a set of 5 mini resistance bands in class for $10.
Epping Dance Fitness offers dance-based group exercise classes for adults that combine cardio and strength training in every class. Our cardio workouts are based on jazz, ballet and hip-hop. Our strength training uses mats, weights, and resistance bands.
No! You don't need any experience to be successful in our classes. All of our routines are easy to follow, with simple and repetitive choreography. Even if you've never done any dance in your life, you can do it! Worried you're not fit enough? It's ok! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, ages and abilities. We always show a low impact option, and you can work out at an intensity that feels right for you. With every class you take, you'll feel fitter and more confident.

In our SHiNE classes we dance to the latest hit music, while our UPLIFT classes are set to iconic music (think back to the stuff you loved to listen to on a night out). With the music pumping, you know you're in for a good time!
Wear what’s comfortable for you – fitted, flexible fabrics are always a solid start. Most customers wear leggings and a singlet or tee. Wear running shoes or cross-trainers. Bring your water bottle. If you have them, you can bring your yoga mat, weights, and mini resistance bands. We suggest buying your weights from Big W or Kmart. But don't worry, you can do the class without these if you don't have any yet. You can also purchase a set of 5 resistance bands in class for $10 (pay via tap).
Yes! All of our classes are live streamed so you can work out from home, work, or even on holidays. Classes are live streamed on our professional quality live streaming platform, My Fit Pro. You can see the instructor, but we can't see you, so you can work out from the comfort of home without anyone watching.
