Timetable


Our classes are held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7:30pm, and Saturday mornings at 8:30am. All classes run for 1 hour. 

Class formats are generally as per the below timetable but occasionally we shake things up and do different formats on different days.
