You don’t need to be fit to get started.

You don’t need to know the steps, that's what I am for.
And you definitely don’t need dance experience, infact many don't.
Just come, follow as best you can, and do something that’s just for you. So long as you’re enjoying the music and moving your body, you’re doing it right and the rest will happen!

Their teaching style is friendly, encouraging and easy to follow. They will guide you through the class with options so you can move in a way that suits your fitness level.
You won’t be expected to know the moves. You won’t be singled out. And you won’t need to perform.
